Yannick Yalipende serves as the Founding Director of Black People Talk (BPT), a pioneering initiative dedicated to enhancing the mental health and wellbeing of the UK’s Black community. With a strong foundation as a Trainee Clinical Psychologist, Yannick brings a wealth of experience from diverse mental health settings, including inpatient, community, and charity environments. At BPT, he plays a crucial role in developing and facilitating psychoeducational and therapeutic peer support groups and workshops, which are designed to address the unique mental health challenges faced by individuals within the Black community.
