Wesley Davis serves as the Manager of Fuel Contracts and Principal Project Manager at Framatome, where he plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of nuclear energy through strategic contract management and customer relations. With extensive experience in the nuclear industry, Wesley has successfully negotiated over a dozen fuel fabrication contracts for various reactor designs, including those developed by Babcock & Wilcox (B&W), Westinghouse, and Combustion Engineering (CE), as well as for Small Modular Reactors (SMRs). His expertise in nuclear engineering and project management is complemented by his innovative mindset, as evidenced by his two patents in product development.
In his current role, Wesley is responsible for overseeing contracts and fostering relationships with four utilities operating B&W reactors. He is also instrumental in the rollout of Framatome's cutting-edge GAIA PWR Fuel in the U.S. market, a project that underscores his commitment to advancing nuclear technology. Additionally, Wesley collaborates closely with NuScale, contributing to the development of next-generation small modular reactors that promise to enhance the efficiency and safety of nuclear power generation.
