In his current role, Wes serves as the sole QA Architect overseeing a diverse team of more than 40 Quality Assurance professionals spread across approximately a dozen project teams. His primary responsibility is to streamline and enhance the testing processes by consolidating disparate testing efforts into a cohesive framework. This initiative, which he spearheaded alongside another Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), involved the creation of a robust test automation framework utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as Cucumber, Java, and Selenium.
