Wenta Efrem currently serves as the Vice President of Events for Black @ Foster, a pivotal role that allows her to blend her passion for leadership with her commitment to supporting Black college students within the Foster School of Business. In this capacity, Wenta is deeply involved in the strategic planning and execution of large-scale events that not only foster community engagement but also provide invaluable networking opportunities for students. Her role requires a keen understanding of event logistics, stakeholder management, and the ability to cultivate an inclusive environment that resonates with the diverse needs of the student body.
