In his current role, Wei-Kung is a representative on the Global Leadership team, where he spearheads the development of LEGO Education's afterschool business. He has successfully built a comprehensive afterschool product portfolio tailored to meet the unique educational needs of each market. His strategic vision led to the establishment of a global afterschool team of 30 professionals across China, Korea, Japan, and Denmark, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among regions to enhance program effectiveness.
