With a robust background in engineering and a deep understanding of polymer composites, Wagner oversees a diverse team of 16 professionals, including tool buyers and engineers specializing in injection molding, stamping, post-processing, and foaming. His leadership extends to the Tooling & Equipment team and the Prototype department, where he is responsible for driving innovation and efficiency in product development.
Wagner's expertise in advanced manufacturing processes is complemented by his proficiency in industry standards such as ISO/TS 16949 and methodologies like Kaizen and PDCA. He actively engages in the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) process, ensuring that all projects meet stringent quality requirements from conception through production. His role also involves managing the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), which is critical for maintaining compliance and ensuring the reliability of automotive components.
