With a career dedicated to fostering a culture of safety and compliance, Treena leads a team of 17 EHS professionals at a medium-sized light sweet crude refinery located within the bustling city limits of Houston. Her expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of EHS disciplines, including Process Safety Management (PSM), Occupational Safety, Emergency Response, and Environmental programs, all critical to the operational integrity of the refinery.
Under Treena's leadership, the refinery has established achievable and measurable EHS goals and objectives, aligned with a comprehensive five-year strategic plan that emphasizes continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
