Todd Kilgore serves as the Senior Vice President of Finance & IT for Menzies Aviation in the Americas, where he leverages his extensive expertise in project management, financial analysis, and systems integration to drive operational excellence across the region. With a Master’s in Professional Accounting and certifications as a CPA and PMP, Todd is uniquely positioned to navigate the complexities of the aviation industry, ensuring that Menzies Aviation remains competitive and responsive to market demands.
Currently, Todd is focused on leading the implementation of the Kronos Dimensions system across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Colombia. This critical project aims to enhance time and attendance tracking, streamline resource planning, and improve overall workforce management. His role as Program Manager not only involves overseeing the technical aspects of the rollout but also requires strategic collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and operational efficiency.
In addition to his project management responsibilities, Todd plays a pivotal role in reviewing customer RFPs and preparing comprehensive manpower and equipment estimates for new business proposals.
