His role is pivotal in integrating fiber-to-the-premise construction, design, engineering, and training into the overarching business plan and corporate strategy of ALLO. Todd's expertise in strategic planning and operational excellence enables him to evaluate new community and merger and acquisition (M&A) business development opportunities, ensuring that ALLO remains at the forefront of the telecommunications industry.
At the helm of a diverse team of over 600 ALLO teammates and multiple contract partners, Todd is responsible for constructing world-class infrastructure across more than 45 communities in Nebraska, Colorado, and Arizona.
