Ted Kalivoda serves as the President and Founder of Shadow Creek Sports and Soccer Club, where he has dedicated over 14 years of his life to fostering youth development through sports. With a remarkable commitment of over 40,000 volunteer hours, Ted has transformed the organization into a thriving community hub that currently boasts over 2,000 youth members. Under his leadership, Shadow Creek Sports has established a rich array of programs that prioritize low-cost recreational opportunities and competitive league play, all while emphasizing core values such as teamwork, respect, and character building.
Ted's expertise extends beyond sports management; he brings a wealth of experience in talent and business development from his tenure at one of the world's largest energy companies. His background in University Relations and UX & Application Development positions him uniquely to enhance the club's digital presence, ensuring that the user experience for members and families is seamless and engaging. As a certified coach with a USSF “C” License, he is deeply involved in the training and development of young athletes, instilling in them not just athletic skills but also life lessons that extend beyond the field.
In his role, Ted oversees all aspects of the club's operations, from strategic planning and marketing communications to community outreach and fundraising initiatives.
