Tami Benjamin currently serves as the Director of Quality at Johnson & Johnson, where she leverages her extensive 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance management to ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance across the organization. In her role, Tami leads the Zarbee’s MAKE Quality Unit, overseeing critical functions such as External Manufacturing Quality, Quality Systems, Quality Control, Research and Development, and Operations. Her expertise in microbiological functions—including laboratory testing, environmental control, raw material testing, and sterility assurance—enables her to implement robust quality assurance protocols that align with stringent regulatory requirements, including CFR 111, CFR 117, and Johnson & Johnson's internal policies and standards.
Tami's current projects focus on enhancing quality systems and processes within external manufacturing environments, ensuring that all products meet the rigorous standards set forth by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and other regulatory bodies.
