Tamekka Cornelius serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Kentucky Performing Arts, where she is at the forefront of fostering an inclusive environment that resonates with the organization’s mission and values. With nearly 15 years of leadership and administrative experience, Tamekka is dedicated to embedding diversity, equity, and belonging into the fabric of the organization. In her newly created role, she is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive DEI programs that not only engage staff and volunteers but also extend to community partners and broader audiences.
