With over a decade of experience working with diverse age groups, from preschoolers to young adults, Taija is deeply committed to fostering pathways to success for young men and women of color. In her current role, she not only oversees the Graduate Support Fellow but also plays a pivotal role in recruiting, training, and supervising tutors who provide essential academic support to students.
