Holding a PhD in the same discipline, Tf has cultivated a robust understanding of civil society, industrial relations, and labour activism, particularly within the context of Mainland China. His current role involves delivering sub-degree-level courses such as Introduction to Political Science, Government and Politics of Hong Kong, and Introduction to Comparative Politics, where he employs innovative teaching methodologies to engage students and foster critical thinking.
In addition to his teaching responsibilities, Tf Ng is actively involved in research that explores the dynamics of civil society and its implications for governance and public policy.
