Currently, I serve as a Customer Success Manager at PTC, where my primary focus is on understanding and delivering on my customers' unique definitions of success. I take pride in being a trusted partner, guiding them through their journey to achieve their goals. In addition to my customer-centric role, I am also the President of Green At PTC, an Employee Resource Group dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmental awareness within our organization.
Leading Green At PTC has been a transformative experience for me. In 2019, I spearheaded the initiative to unite a group of passionate employees who share a commitment to sustainability. Together, we have implemented various projects aimed at reducing our carbon footprint and fostering a culture of environmental responsibility. From organizing community outreach programs to launching internal campaigns that encourage eco-friendly practices, our team has made significant strides in driving both personal and business impact.
My expertise in cross-functional team leadership and project management has been instrumental in our success. I leverage my skills in problem-solving and public speaking to engage employees across all levels of the organization, inspiring them to make small, impactful changes in their daily routines. Additionally, my proficiency in tools like Salesforce.com and Adobe Photoshop allows me to effectively manage our initiatives and communicate our progress visually.
