Steve Gray serves as the Vice President of Supply Chain Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he leverages over 25 years of international experience in supply chain management, manufacturing, and engineering. His extensive background spans various industries, including Automotive, Steel & Bearing, Aviation, and Scientific Instrumentation, with significant operational roles across the US, EU, Mexico, Brazil, and India. In his current position, Steve has been instrumental in transforming the logistics and distribution landscape for Thermo Fisher, overseeing the End-to-End Logistics and Distribution for 16 North American Distribution Centers.
Under his leadership, a diverse team of approximately 900 employees is dedicated to optimizing transportation across all modes, including fleet management, distribution, logistics, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS).
