With a decade of managerial experience in food manufacturing, Stephen has honed his expertise in both baking and processed meats, making him a pivotal figure in ensuring operational excellence. Under his leadership, Morrison’s Pastry produces an impressive array of 26 different types of muffins and 10 varieties of Big Loafs, all while maintaining rigorous quality control across three production lines and two packing lines.
Stephen’s role encompasses not only the oversight of production and packing but also the critical evaluation of processes to ensure compliance with industry standards. His extensive knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), as well as his familiarity with GFSI, FSIS, and FDA regulations, enables him to prepare the facility for annual BRC audits with confidence.
