Stephanie Galloway is a transformative leader in the aging and disability services sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Valley Intercommunity Council (VIC). With a robust foundation in social work, holding a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree, Stephanie brings over a decade of experience to her role, where she is committed to empowering lives and shaping communities. Under her leadership, VIC has become a beacon of support for seniors, caregivers, and families, operating four multipurpose senior centers and 15 dining locations that collectively serve over 308,000 meals annually and provide 40,750 transportation rides.
In her tenure, Stephanie has spearheaded key projects that focus on continuous process improvement and crisis management, ensuring that VIC not only meets the immediate needs of the community but also adapts to the evolving landscape of aging services.
