In his current position, Songlin has conducted 170 in-depth interviews with customers, uncovering critical insights into the pain points travelers face. This qualitative data, combined with 209 responses from comprehensive online surveys, has informed the app's design and functionality, ensuring it resonates with target users' travel habits and preferences. His proficiency in information architecture and storytelling enables him to create intuitive user journeys that enhance engagement and satisfaction.
Songlin's collaborative spirit has led him to work with prestigious brands such as Toyota Financial Services, Factset, Tencent, Meitu, and Eaton, where he honed his skills in Adobe Creative Suite and Balsamiq for mockups and prototyping.
