As the Global Payroll Director at Ansys, Shepell Dunmore plays a pivotal role in shaping the payroll landscape for a diverse workforce spanning 30 countries and over 7,200 employees. With extensive expertise in payroll systems and processes, Shepell is at the forefront of a transformative journey aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and compliance across global payroll and benefits operations. Currently, Shepell is leading a multi-regional international team through a comprehensive Global HRIS transformation project, which includes the implementation of cutting-edge payroll systems such as SuccessFactors EC for time and attendance, ServiceNow, Celergo, and Kronos.
In collaboration with Ernst & Young, Shepell is spearheading a policy harmonization initiative that involves a meticulous review of payroll practices across 24 countries. This project not only aims to standardize processes but also to design a robust leave management system that aligns with local regulations while ensuring a seamless employee experience. Her strong skills in vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and data privacy are critical in navigating the complexities of international payroll operations.
