Sheena Ashley serves as the Director of Workforce Career Development at Central Piedmont Community College, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of job seekers and enhancing community prosperity. In her current role, Sheena oversees the planning, organization, and direction of various academic and administrative activities, including Career Development (HRD), Workforce Scholarship programs, and the NextGen out-of-school youth WIOA Title I project.
