His current role focuses on the ambitious TROJENA project, which aims to redefine mountain tourism through a state-of-the-art mixed-use Ski Village. This 280,000 square meter Gross Floor Area (GFA) development will feature an impressive array of amenities, including 529 hotel keys from renowned brands such as Morgan's Original and 25Hours, alongside 721 residential units, 29 retail shops, and 22 food and beverage outlets.
Shane's expertise in project procurement and delivery is pivotal to the successful execution of this transformative initiative. His background in luxury residential, commercial office spaces, and resort development equips him with a unique perspective on integrating high-quality design with operational efficiency. With a strong foundation in project management, construction coordination, and budget oversight, Shane is adept at navigating the complexities of large-scale developments.
