His expertise spans a diverse range of areas, including facilities and trainway construction, land development, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
In his current role, Seth is responsible for liaising with various departments within Engineering & Maintenance, such as Transit Facilities Maintenance, Power Division, Signal Division, and Maintenance of Way. This collaboration is crucial for developing comprehensive scopes of work and preliminary engineering plans that transition smoothly to the Capital Delivery, Design, and Construction Department. One of his key projects involves the establishment of facility standards system-wide, ensuring consistency and safety across all MBTA operations.
