In her role, Saskia has successfully transitioned from an Interim HR Director to a permanent position, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex HR landscapes and drive strategic initiatives. Leading a dedicated team of five HR professionals, she oversees a comprehensive suite of HR functions, including employee relations, HRIS administration, benefits administration, performance management, classification and compensation, talent acquisition, onboarding, leave administration, and payroll for over 300 full-time employees.
