In this capacity, she supervises a dedicated team of up to 18 master’s level licensed therapists and creative counselors, ensuring that they deliver high-quality therapeutic care to adolescents facing severe psychiatric, behavioral, and addiction challenges. Under her leadership, the clinic operates seven specialized programs that provide comprehensive residential care, emphasizing a holistic approach to treatment.
Sarah’s expertise spans a range of therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, as well as innovative techniques such as equine-assisted psychotherapy and animal-assisted therapy, where she is EAGALA certified.
