Sarah Faivre-Pierret is a dynamic leader in the cultural sector, currently serving as the Directrice des Affaires culturelles in Villenoy. With a robust background in communication and culture, she has seamlessly integrated her passion for the arts with her expertise in public engagement. After completing her literary preparatory classes and studying at ISCOM Paris, Sarah honed her skills over seven years within the Meaux network of libraries, where she developed a deep understanding of community needs and cultural dissemination.
In her current role, Sarah is at the forefront of defining and implementing the cultural policy for Villenoy, collaborating closely with elected officials to ensure that the community's cultural landscape is vibrant and inclusive. She is responsible for the strategic development of the Projet culturel and the Plan de Sauvegarde et de Conservation des Espaces Sociaux (PSCES), which guide the municipality's cultural initiatives. Her leadership extends to the direction of public reading services, the Maison des artistes, and the management of heritage projects, where she emphasizes the importance of accessibility and engagement.
Among her key projects, Sarah has spearheaded the redesign of the documentary policy, enhancing the library's offerings to better serve diverse audiences. Additionally, she has initiated a home delivery service, ensuring that literature and cultural resources reach those who may have difficulty accessing them.
