As the Campus Leader and Director at Youth With A Mission Salem, Samuel Matthias is at the forefront of a transformative movement aimed at empowering young adults to embrace their potential as leaders and missionaries. With a deep commitment to fostering global transformation, Samuel collaborates with his team of over 120 full-time, faith-based volunteers to create an environment where young adults can thrive spiritually and personally. Under his visionary leadership, the campus focuses on three core pillars: gathering young adults for Bible study and worship, cultivating Christ-like character, and sending them on impactful short-term missions.
Samuel’s expertise in organizational leadership and vision development is instrumental in driving key projects that engage youth in innovative ways.
