In her current role, Sabine is instrumental in fostering a collaborative environment for Peer Coordinators, Peer Specialists, and Peer Support Workers, ensuring that they are equipped with the resources and training necessary to provide exceptional mental health community services. Her leadership extends to overseeing the operations of the Peer Empowerment and Recovery Center (PERC) and the Recovery Learning Community (RLC), where she actively participates in strategic leadership meetings to align organizational goals with community needs.
