With a robust background in project management within the oil and energy sector, Russell leverages his expertise in pipeline integrity engineering analysis, hydro testing, and compliance with CFR 192 & 195 regulations to ensure operational excellence. His leadership is instrumental in driving key projects that focus on enhancing pipeline safety and efficiency, particularly through advanced techniques such as pigging and chemical cleaning.
At TEAL, Russell is not only responsible for managing day-to-day operations but also for implementing strategic initiatives that align with industry standards and budget constraints.
