As the Director of Early Education at Hillel Day School, she has been instrumental in the strategic planning and daily operations of the Early Childhood Center (ECC) and Kindergarten programs. Recruited in 2010 to launch the ECC from the ground up, Robin faced the unique challenge of building a program from scratch, starting with zero children. Through her visionary leadership and unwavering dedication, she successfully grew the program to accommodate 180 children, establishing it as a premier destination for early childhood education.
