Robert Liu serves as the Group Quality Director at Ten Pao International, Inc., a leading power supply manufacturer with over 6,000 employees. With two decades of extensive experience in engineering, process, and quality management, Robert has established himself as an authority in the field. His expertise spans various quality standards, including ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, TL9000, ISO13485, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and EICC, making him a pivotal figure in ensuring compliance and excellence across the organization.
In his current role, Robert is responsible for quality planning at a group level, overseeing the implementation of robust quality management systems such as ISO9001 and ISO14001. He leads a team of ten managers and two supervisors, driving initiatives that enhance the quality of products including chargers, LED power supplies, and LED fixtures. His hands-on approach to quality assurance extends to materials, cables, metals, injection molding, and PCBA processes, ensuring that every aspect of production meets the highest standards.
Robert's leadership in quality control is exemplified by his involvement in leading Task Forces (TF) and Quality Control Circles (QCC) to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives. His proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and supplier quality management further solidifies his role as a key contributor to the company’s success in the competitive 3C (Computer, Communication, Consumer Electronics) and automotive parts sectors.
