Starting his career at just 18, Robert has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of chrome plating processes, including Thin Dense Chrome (TDC) and XADC diamond coating applications. His hands-on experience spans critical operational areas such as quality control, shipping and receiving, honing, and sandblasting, which has equipped him with a comprehensive skill set that enhances his leadership capabilities.
In his current role, Robert is instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives that optimize production efficiency and enhance product quality.
