Rob Tayloe serves as the Corporate Director of Quality at Paulo Heat Treating, Brazing and Metal Finishing, where he leverages over 20 years of extensive experience in metallurgy and quality management to drive excellence across the organization. In his current role, Rob is pivotal in ensuring the firm’s Quality Management System (QMS) is not only robust but also seamlessly integrated across all Paulo entities. Rob’s expertise spans all phases of metallurgy, including Extractive, Physical, and Manufacturing Metallurgy, which he applies to enhance process engineering and supplier quality management.
