With a robust background in sales, marketing, and leadership, Rita has successfully built the career services office from the ground up, establishing a comprehensive framework that supports students in their career development journey. Her expertise in effective communication and persuasive marketing has enabled her to deliver impactful presentations that resonate with both students and employers, motivating participation and building consensus around career initiatives.
In her current role, Rita oversees the training and development of the employer relations team and the Career Peer Mentors, ensuring they are equipped with the skills necessary to guide students through mock interviews, resume building, and networking strategies.
