Rich Rose is a dedicated and multifaceted educator at Norfolk Christian Schools, where he serves as the Physical Education teacher and Department Head, as well as the Athletic Director. With over 41 years of experience in coaching and teaching, Rich has made a significant impact on the lives of young athletes, instilling in them not only the skills necessary for sports but also the values of teamwork, perseverance, and faith. His passion for sports is evident in his impressive coaching record, having recently celebrated his 500th high school soccer victory. This milestone is a testament to his commitment to excellence and his ability to develop young talent across various levels.
Rich has been instrumental in creating and directing numerous successful programs, including the Kids Into Fun and Fitness (KIFF) initiative, which has thrived for 27 years, and the NCH soccer clinic, which has been running for 22 years. His innovative approach to sports education is further exemplified by the establishment of the Triple T soccer camp and the Winter KIFF program, both of which have enriched the athletic experience for countless students.
