Radwa Gharieb serves as the Talent and Organization Development Manager for Commercial and Support Functions at FRONERI Egypt, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s human capital strategy. With extensive experience as an HR Senior Manager, Radwa has successfully navigated various facets of human resources, including Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, and Learning and Development, both locally and on a regional scale. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, she is responsible for managing three critical functions that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
One of Radwa's key initiatives is the establishment of the FRONERI Sales Academy, designed to enhance the learning and development of Sales Leaders and junior employees. This program not only equips team members with essential skills but also fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the sales force.
