Her ability to communicate effectively and empathetically not only helps to alleviate the stress of loved ones but also fosters a welcoming environment that is essential in a healthcare setting.
Currently, Patricia is involved in key projects aimed at improving communication strategies within the ICU waiting area. By utilizing her proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel, she assists in collecting and analyzing feedback from families, which is instrumental in identifying areas for improvement.
