With over 25 years of experience in integrated circuit (IC) design and electronic design automation (EDA), Paddy has honed his expertise in customer-facing roles, consistently delivering innovative solutions that enhance power, performance, and area (PPA) metrics for next-generation Arm cores. In his current role, Paddy leads the Digital High-Performance Center of Excellence Team, where he is responsible for ensuring that Cadence remains at the forefront of Arm CPU core development.
