Oguz Angin serves as the Director of EUV System Industrialization Management & Verification at ASML, where he plays a pivotal role in advancing the company's cutting-edge Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) lithography technology. With over 24 years of experience across the Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Defense industries, Oguz has established himself as a proven leader in engineering management. His strategic leadership and technical expertise have been instrumental in overseeing the EUV Source Engineering groups for more than nine years, with a concentrated focus on System Upgrades and Industrialization for the past four years.
In his current role, Oguz has absorbed the leadership of Availability, Reliability, and Diagnostics into his organization, effectively managing all aspects of Source Industrialization for the EXE:5000 and 3800 systems, as well as upcoming programs. His methodical approach to project management ensures that ASML maintains its competitive edge in the semiconductor manufacturing landscape. By fostering alignment with the Netherlands Source and System Upgrades teams, Oguz has championed the “2 Sites 1 Team” initiative, promoting collaboration and synergy across geographical boundaries.
