Nikie Shelby serves as the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Faithful Guardian Training Center (FGTC), where she has dedicated over 15 years to enhancing the organization’s mission of providing high-quality training and community outreach. Starting her journey as the American Heart Association Training Center Coordinator in April 2009, Nikie has played a pivotal role in expanding FGTC's reach across a 12+ county and 3+ state area. Her extensive experience in educational leadership and staff development has enabled her to cultivate a robust instructor base, ensuring that the center meets the diverse training needs of the community.
In her current role, Nikie is instrumental in creating and implementing a comprehensive community outreach plan that engages a wide array of populations.
