Reporting directly to the COO, Natasha is at the forefront of executive leadership for Call Center Services, Enrollment, and Member Advocacy, ensuring that both internal and external vendors align seamlessly with the mission-critical business processes for Medicaid and Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) Waiver lines of business.
