Mitchel Box serves as the Technical Lead at Loan Market Group, where he leverages over a decade of experience in full-stack development and software architecture to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. His current focus is on two pivotal projects: MyCRM and a new greenfield initiative. MyCRM is a comprehensive broker platform designed to streamline processes in residential and commercial finance, asset finance, and client management. Upon joining the team, Mitchel was tasked with addressing technical debt in MyCRM, which was still operating on the legacy ASP.NET 4.5 framework. His expertise in ASP.NET MVC and C# has been instrumental in modernizing the platform, enhancing its performance and scalability.
In late 2022, Mitchel took on the challenge of leading the greenfield project, where he is applying his extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Amazon EKS, to build a robust and scalable solution from the ground up. His proficiency in DevOps practices ensures that the development process is efficient and that deployment pipelines are streamlined, allowing for rapid iteration and continuous integration.
