Mindy Richburg serves as the Vice President of Support & Development at Five Star Credit Union, bringing over 25 years of extensive experience in the financial industry, with a significant focus on credit unions. Mindy's leadership was instrumental in the strategic opening of three new branches in 2019, during which she also spearheaded the deployment of innovative Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) technology, enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiency.
In her current role, Mindy is responsible for overseeing a wide range of operational aspects of the credit union, including Account Services for both consumers and small businesses, as well as managing the credit union's card services and e-services.
