Michelle Blohm serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Saint Francis University, where she brings over a decade of expertise in higher education institutional accreditation and assessment. Her deep understanding of how these processes align with institutional mission is particularly relevant in today’s educational landscape, where accountability and mission-driven strategies are paramount. Since joining the field in August 2011, Michelle has dedicated her career to enhancing the quality and integrity of educational institutions, culminating in her doctoral dissertation focused on assessing institutional mission in Catholic higher education.
In her current role, Michelle teaches "FTAE 105: Franciscan Goals for Today" as part of the Ed. D. in Executive Leadership program. This course not only emphasizes the importance of Franciscan values in leadership but also integrates her extensive knowledge of accreditation standards and assessment practices. Her ability to utilize tools such as Qualtrics for data collection and analysis, alongside her proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, enables her to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how to effectively measure and evaluate institutional goals.
