Currently, he is spearheading a pivotal project as the Project Director for the construction and setup of a state-of-the-art surgical gloves manufacturing facility in Rayong, Thailand. In his role, Max is responsible for overseeing all external manufacturing, contract manufacturers (CM), and original equipment manufacturers (OEM) suppliers for the Patient Recovery business, which was formerly part of Medtronic. His unique cross-functional experience in sourcing, supply chain planning, and logistics enables him to optimize processes and enhance efficiency across the board.
