With a robust background in operational safety and quality management, Mauricio is instrumental in overseeing the implementation and adherence to rigorous quality assurance protocols, including ISO 9001 and AS 9100 standards. His expertise as a Quality Auditor, certified by the Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT) and the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), positions him as a key figure in both internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
In his capacity as Training Coordinator, Mauricio is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
