Marco Santapaola serves as the Corporate HSE Manager at IREM SpA, where he leverages his extensive expertise in health, safety, and environmental management to drive sustainable practices across the organization. With a robust background in the oil & gas, pipelines, energy, and construction sectors, Marco has honed his skills in developing and implementing integrated management systems that comply with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001. His proficiency in QHSE management systems and protocols, including SA 8000 and VCA, positions him as a pivotal figure in ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability within IREM Group.
In his current role, Marco is actively involved in key projects that focus on enhancing operational safety and environmental stewardship.
