Under her stewardship, the team has consistently achieved exceptional performance metrics, driving profitability while maintaining stringent compliance standards.
Mandy’s role encompasses the overall management and strategic direction of a diverse group of professionals, including seven Regional Managers and specialists in Life and Non-Life (L&NH), remortgage, and purchase mortgage consulting. This comprehensive oversight ensures that the South East subsidiary, comprising 90 full-time equivalents (FTE) across a strong network of 106, operates seamlessly and effectively.
