With over a decade of experience in the education sector, including six impactful years as an elementary teacher in the Loudoun County Public School (LCPS) system, Mackenzie has cultivated a deep understanding of the diverse needs of young learners. Her dedication to fostering meaningful, hands-on educational experiences has not only earned her recognition as a twice-nominated Elementary Teacher of the Year but also reflects her commitment to excellence in teaching.
