In her current role, Lydia leads efforts to support 27 Title I campuses, focusing on enhancing literacy and fostering strong parental involvement through the District Parent Organization Collaborative. Her expertise in grant administration and budget management has been instrumental in developing comprehensive processes that align with the district’s goals, ensuring efficient access to vital services for students and families.
Lydia is adept at collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, which has been crucial in her role.
